These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Trinergy ("we", "us", or "our"), a consultation services provider operating from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website (trinergy.ae) or booking a consultation with Trinergy, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must refrain from using our website and services.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Services Description

Trinergy provides personal consultation services in the fields of Vedic Vastu Shastra, Vedic Astrology (Jyotish), and Numerology. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Vedic Vastu Shastra assessments for residential and commercial properties, including on-site visits in Dubai and remote assessments via floor plans and video consultation
  • Vedic Astrology (Jyotish) readings, including natal chart analysis, Dasha and transit forecasting, relationship compatibility (Synastry), and Muhurta (electional astrology) for auspicious timing
  • Numerology consultations, including Life Path analysis, business name assessments, personal year cycle guidance, and name correction advisory
  • Combined Astro-Vastu consultations integrating multiple disciplines
  • Introductory free consultations as offered on our website, subject to availability and scheduling

All services are provided for informational, guidance, and self-development purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

Booking and Appointments

Consultation bookings may be made through our website, by email, or via our designated scheduling platform. All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or an agreed deposit.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp containing the appointment details, including the date, time, format (in-person or remote), and any preparation requirements specific to the consultation type.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking. For Astrology and Numerology consultations, precise birth details (date, time, and place) are essential and must be submitted at least 48 hours before the session. For Vastu consultations, floor plans must be submitted within the agreed timeframe prior to the appointment.

Fees and Payment

Consultation fees are communicated at the time of booking and are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated in writing. All prices are inclusive of applicable UAE VAT where required by law.

We accept payment via bank transfer, online payment gateway, and other methods specified during the booking process. Full payment is required to confirm your session unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing. Payment must be received prior to commencement of the consultation.

A VAT invoice will be issued for all paid services upon request. We do not store payment card details on our systems. All card transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment providers.

Fees are subject to change without prior notice. Any pricing change will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed and paid.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

  • 48 or more hours before the session: Full refund or credit toward a future booking, at your preference.
  • 24 to 48 hours before the session: A credit of 50% of the session fee will be issued toward a future booking. No cash refund is available in this window.
  • Less than 24 hours before the session: No refund or credit is issued. The full session fee is forfeited.
  • No-shows: Clients who do not attend without prior notification forfeit the full session fee with no refund or credit.
  • Rescheduling: One free reschedule is permitted per booking, provided at least 24 hours notice is given. Subsequent rescheduling requests may incur an administrative fee.

If we need to cancel or reschedule a session, we will provide the maximum possible notice and offer either a full refund or a rescheduled appointment. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method.

Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging Trinergy's services agree to the following:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information required for the consultation, including birth details, property information, and personal circumstances
  • Join or attend scheduled sessions punctually. Sessions delayed by more than 15 minutes on the client's part may be shortened accordingly or rescheduled at the practitioner's discretion
  • Engage with our services in good faith and for lawful personal purposes only
  • Not record sessions via audio or video without the explicit written consent of Trinergy
  • Not share consultation reports, charts, or written deliverables publicly without our prior written permission

Disclaimer

Trinergy's consultation services are provided on an "as is" basis and represent the practitioner's professional interpretation of Vedic Vastu, Astrology, and Numerology principles applied to the information provided by the client.

Vedic sciences are systems of knowledge rooted in ancient tradition and provide guidance and probabilistic insight — not certainties or guarantees. Life outcomes depend on a complex interplay of factors beyond the scope of any single discipline. Trinergy does not warrant specific results from following our recommendations.

Our services are not a substitute for, and should not be relied upon as, professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other regulated professional advice. Decisions made on the basis of our consultations remain entirely the responsibility of the client.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UAE law, Trinergy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services or website. This includes, without limitation, financial losses, property decisions, relationship outcomes, or health decisions made in reliance on our consultations.

Our total aggregate liability to any client in connection with any consultation engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Trinergy website — including text, imagery, graphics, logos, audio, and software — is the property of Trinergy or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of the UAE and internationally.

Consultation reports, written analyses, charts, and other deliverables prepared and delivered to clients are for the personal use of the commissioning client only. They may not be reproduced, published, distributed, or shared publicly without our prior written consent.

You may not use the Trinergy name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without our explicit written approval.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by the competent courts of Dubai, UAE. Both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts for the resolution of any such disputes.

For clients based in the European Union or United Kingdom, statutory consumer rights under applicable EU or UK law are not affected by these Terms.
